All products are delievered within 1-2 weeks upon our receipt of your payment. All items are packaged with care, it is
important to us that your item reaches you properly and securely.

Important: Luv Inspired does not have any
control over the postage systems once your package is mailed. We do not take responsibility for stolen, damaged,
lost or late delivery. If you would like to pay for insurance on your purchase, please email info@luvinspired.com to
arrange.

International Customers

You may be required to pay customs duty on packages. Please beware that any applicable
custom taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Luv Inspired cannot legally mark packages as a "gift"
to avoid these duties.

Canadian Shipments
Your purchase will be delivered by Canada Post Lettermail unless otherwise selected at checkout. Times for
delivery range between 5-10 business days for all non-tracked items. Our home and native land!

U.S. Shipments

Un-tracked Shipments to the United States are sent via Canada Post. Ultimately the United States Postal Service
delivers your package through domestic letter mail, which unless specified is untracked. Typically estimates for
delivery fall between 12-16 business days for non-tracked packages once items are sent out for delivery. Please
keep in mind that due to U.S. customs, there is the possibility that your package may be delayed at the border for a
period of time while the item clears customs.
