What countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping to Canada, United States and the United Kingdom. However, we are willing to make custom arrangements if you are not from the specified locations. Please send us a message and we will do the best we can to service your needs.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

We work hard to fulfill your order right away so there is a small window for changes. If you believe you made a mistake or needed to add something please contact us and we will do our best to make your arrangements.

I didn't receive my order confirmation

Sometimes the confirmations end up in your spam box (unless you're subscribed to our newsletter). If you still can't find it just email us and we will resend you the confirmation.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Of course, and strongly encouraged. Just add it at checkout and we'll be sure to include it in your order. You could even write a cute note to yourself!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, it is currently not an option, however, we are working on gift-exclusive packaging. In the meantime, we have all of your items delivered with branded packing for the ultimate Luv Inspired experience.

How long till a product comes back in stock?

While we don't have a guaranteed time for a product to be available again, we will try our best to notify you as soon as our craftsmen have perfected our products.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, we can offer a refund up to 14 days since you received your order. More information can be found here.

Please note all custom jewelry is final sale. We are happy to fix any malfunctions.

How do I make a return?

Please contact us directly to process your return. We will send you careful instructions on how to safely and securely ship the products back to us.

Can I exchange my product?

If you're unsatisfied with your order, made a mistake or if the product arrived in poor condition, we are more than happy to process an exchange/return. Please email us and we will make arrangements immediately.

When can I expect my refund?

We will refund your purchase as soon as we receive your products. We will notify you that everything is in good condition and will process your refund for which you will get a confirmation email. Please note that your bank may take a couple of days to revert the funds to your account.
